We apologize that your boat had an issue and that you to need to go through this process. After filling in the form below, your claim will be reviewed and you will hear back from the Jackson Kayak warranty department within four weeks..

IMPORTANT!!! SOME EMAIL ACCOUNTS ARE MARKED AS SPAM EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT SPAM. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING THIS FORM THEN YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO LET US KNOW AS IN THOSE CASES WE WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR WARRANTY INFORMATION.

If you do receive a confirmation email but do not hear back within 15 business days, please contact our Consumer Services Department at 931.738.4800 or via email to warranty@jacksonkayak.com.

Proof of purchase is required to process your claim. For an issue with your kayak, the serial number is also required.

Please attach pictures at the bottom of the form as they are helpful for us to understand the issue.

Take an overall picture so we can see the entire boat. Then take several closeups of the affected area(s) placing a known object like a coin or a foot in the picture helps us understand the scale and size.

The warranty stated here applies to USA and Canada warranties only. Jackson Kayak’s international warranties are handled directly through our overseas distributor and dealer networks. Their warranties may vary from ours, check with your local dealer for more information.

  • The serial number is on the right, back side of our kayakst. The last two numbers are the year of manufacture. Coolers, kennels and accessories will not have serial number
  • Your serial number is located on the back of your boat on the right side near the parting (water) line
