Instructions
You will be given a flag and balloons to display at the entrance to your property to alert the public that you are part of the DCA Progressive Garage Sale and also some copies of the list of participating Households to give away. Please be aware that there may be "prowlers" around before the advertised opening time of 9 am it is therefore up to your discretion whether you open earlier or not.
