Payment will be accepted in form of cashiers check/money order, wire transfer, cash, echeck, credit card or approved company check.
COD payment accepted with prior approval.

Shipment Terms and Shipping Damages

All shipments will be shipped via UPS small package, USPS or LTL freight unless otherwise agreed. We do not allow third party shipping. Damages/shortages should be checked while in the presence of the carrier.

Drop Shipments

Purchase orders with the following information must be faxed or emailed prior to shipping: Complete name, address, contact phone #, item description and part #.

Return Policy

No returns after 30 days. No returns on special order or discontinued products. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid and have an RMA on the shipping label. All returns must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Installed parts are not returnable.

Warranty

Truhart products are covered under a limited manufacturers warranty. Warranty does not cover parts that have been abused, modified, incorrectly installed or used for other than the original intent or application. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Shipping and labor are not covered under warranty.

Pricing

Pricing and pricing structures are subject to change without notice. Dealers agree to abide by minimum pricing level set fourth by TruHart and understand that account may be terminated if found to be in violation of minimum advertised pricing guidelines.
