Good News Camp Registration Form
Good News Camps and Dates for 2025
It's our 10th year of annual Good News Camping!

*GIRLS AND BOYS YOUTH CAMP - June 15-21 (ages 9-12)
*BOYS TEEN CAMP - August 3-6 (boys ages 13-18)
*GIRLS TEEN CAMP - August 6-9 (girls ages 13-18)

Our Teen Camps will again be at Beaver Creek Reserve and our Youth camp will again be at Kamp Kenwood on Lake Wissota.

Acceptance will be first come first serve. For the first few weeks of registration, preference may be given to those who could not attend last year since we often fill up very fast. Confirmation e-mails will be sent initially once accepted followed by our typical acceptance letter (also sent via e-mail) containing detailed information and liability/health forms approximately 1-2 months before camp start dates. Please plan for afternoon pickup on the last day for both of the Teen Camps at Beaver Creek Reserve. An acceptance letter will be mailed indicating more precise start and end times and other details for all the camps.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

LOCATIONS:
Youth Camp will be located at WFU Kamp Kenwood
Address: 19161 79th Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729

Teen camps will be at Beaver Creek Reserve S1 County Road K, Fall Creek, WI 54742

COST:
We don’t want to limit the messages we share from God's Word to those who can afford to pay a fee, so we offer the camp FREE OF CHARGE. If you desire to share a gift, we do often accept donations as a means of allowing God to provide through those who want to support this ministry. If you have any questions, please contact us.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
For a typical schedule please scroll down. At WFU Kamp Kenwood we expect to utilize camp facilities and respect the camp rules to avoid damage to property. Our youth camp could be anywhere from 30-60 kids with a few variables affecting where we set the upper limit. We expect to include outdoor sports/games, swimming, canoeing kayaking, and more! If there is interest in repeating any past activities, campers are encouraged to inform us in the comments of the registration forms. The youth camp will start Sunday afternoon and end Saturday morning.

At Beaver Creek Reserve, there are multiple trails and small water sources at the creek for wading and cooling down on hot days. The Eau Claire river is also there for a possible swim and canoe/kayak excursion if water levels are safe. The outside ball field will be utilized for sports events and space indoors will be available for games, coaching, mentoring, etc. We will have access to nature center, butterfly house and many other amenities of the facilities, along with some excellent meals. We expect somewhere between 10-25 teens at each camp. Smaller camp sizes usually allow for more 1:1 time, small groups and can sometimes form stronger friendships with deeper connections. Campers are encouraged to bring friends to learn and grow together in forming good life-long relationships that center around God's Word.

Teen Camps will end in the afternoon. Teen camps will also provide opportunity for more teen-age geared sports, work projects, and Bible study. Although participation is strongly encouraged it will not be forced if there are good reasons someone cannot participate. The activity options and focus vary based on the group, weather and needs of each teen.

EARLY REGISTRATION is encouraged since some of the camps are expected to fill up quickly and it also helps a lot with planning and recruiting volunteer staff. All camps will require health and liability forms to be completed (these will be sent out after registration is received and accepted). Without the completion of these forms the kids will not be allowed to attend the camp.

We look forward to meeting many new faces and seeing many returning campers and staffers again this year as we open up God's Word! Please contact us with any questions.
