We are committed to upholding our policy 100%. To process any returns to Bella Mera Bridal, please fill out the required form. Returns cannot be processed via email or text, and we will refer you back to this form if contacted through those channels.
Please note that if more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we won't be able to accept the return. Additionally, all jewelry/gloves/shoes sales are final.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase new merchandise, you will need to place a new order with the current shipping times and offers. Unfortunately, past coupons cannot be applied to new orders.
Orders placed on weekends when a holiday falls on Monday or Tuesday will not be processed until two business days after the holiday. Please avoid placing rush orders for items around national holidays, as while we will expedite your order, it will not be processed on days USPS or UPS are closed or a day we observe as shown here (https://www.bellamerabridal.com/holiday-closed-schedule/).
Note that expedited fees are non-refundable under these circumstances. If you place a 1-3 business day rush order on the weekend, the business days will begin counting after the holiday, plus an additional 2 days. Please note that days when we are closed do not count as part of the rush period.

Your event has to be at least 7 business days before you request a return or we will not take the return. We will ask your item be postmarked that next day of your request, as we don't take return requests after your event date. Submitting this form will not override the policy, and we will not respond to requests for items listed as non-returnable in our policy. My refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Pre-Paid Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & Handling Fees and the Return Fee per item returned. I have to provide a tracking number by the date given once approved or my return will be voided.
We only accept authorized packages at our return location; unauthorized packages will be returned to you.
Please note that a deduction for free shipping, ranging from $13 to $20 depending on the service used, will apply.
Any shipping fees you prepaid are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Any fee we incurred shipping to you will be deducted like the above shipping charges.
