Please note that if more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we won't be able to accept the return. Additionally, all jewelry/gloves/shoes sales are final.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase new merchandise, you will need to place a new order with the current shipping times and offers. Unfortunately, past coupons cannot be applied to new orders.

We will ask your item be postmarked that next day of your request, as we don't take return requests after your event date.
