I understand that signing this form gives Bitsy Baby Portraits, and therefore Thea Ellenberg, permission to take my child’s/children’s photograph as well as other members of my family. I grant Bitsy Baby Portraits permission to post my child/children’s photos online and to use my above contact information when needed. I grant Bitsy Baby Portraits the right to use these photos for marketing and promotional purposes. Furthermore, I release Bitsy Baby Portraits and Thea Ellenberg from any liability that may arise during the photo session and due to the use of the photographs in marketing and promotions. I also allow Bitsy Baby Portraits to add me to their mailing list to receive information on periodic specials. *

The price of $25 pays for the time and talent of the photographer and 3-5 digital images at full resolution to be emailed within one week of the session. This payment is non-refundable.
