2:- We will Charge a commission of 15% and this is calculated separately on every project [Through Us].(If the total Budget Payable to the artist (Per Project) Exceeds upto Rs. 25,000 /-)

3:- Tenure of Registration Will be of 2 Yrs.

4:- "Jiten Bhatt (Jatin Arora) Casting & Team" holds all rights to use your photos and profile on our Official Website/Social Platform for Casting purpose without any remuneration and/or any prior notice.

5:- Artist Needs to Show Their Registration Code (Provided by us post registration) In Every Open/Shortlisted Audition (Which are Providd by Us)

6:- Atleast 1 (One) Audition / Introduction Clp is Mandatory to be Submitted (Pre/During OR Post Registration)

7:- For Every Audition-call you receive by Us or our associate partners, A confirmation SMS (Yes or No) should be sent (By the artist)
*If you confirm and don’t attend the Auditions you will have to call/sms and inform us. if this happens more than 2 times your details will be deleted from our records.

8:- We`ll Only Entertain Our Registered Artists, Others Kindly Excuse Us. !

9:- Discussing Budget directly with the production house is strictly prohibited.

10:- If you are not available for a specific period (Personal Commitments) kindly inform us in advance, we respect your privacy.

11 :- Any entry which shows violence, obscurities or vulgarity or nudity shall not be entertained & the participants shall solely be responsible for any criminal liability arises by uploading so.

12:- If you are Registered with our agency then kindly update your Profiles on a regular basis.

13:- When you send your Profile, Kindly mention your complete info and experiences with your present contact details.

14:- 2 (Two) Year Registration fee is Rs. 5,000/-(Basic Package) OR Rs.7,500/- (Pro-Preference Package) OR Rs 10,000/- (Platinum Package) only and is Refundable (If Nothing comes out).

*The Tenure Of Registration Of 2 (Two) Years Is Applicable To Our Previous Registered As Well, From the Date Of Their Enrolment.
