    NOTE: Applicants must be the age of 21 or under to be considered a Young EntrePAWneur.

    Young EntrePAWneur spaces will be provided at the Young EntrePAWneur area located on the festival map. Booth spaces are granted on a first-come, first served basis once your payment is received.

    Each Young EntrePAWneur will be reserved half of an 8’ table (4’ of space).
  • Note: Food Vendors and Charity/Non-Profit Vendors have separate application forms. Please contact us if you need assistance locating these forms.
  • INSURANCE

    All Rescues exhibitors and other exhibitors are required to obtain general liability insurance coverage for this event and name Pawlooza as an additional insured. The policy (The liability insurance coverage should have a minimum $2,000,000 limit during the period of the event) will protect us and insure you against all claims, demands, actions or proceedings for money, damages, costs, penalties and losses and all liability which may be imposed by law for loss of life, personal injury, or damage to or loss of property arising from or in any way connected with your presence or operations at the Event.

    We understand the dedication and efforts of all Rescues to support the rescues and the hardship of not for profits and Young Entrepawneurs so Pawlooza will reimburse the cost of the policy purchased.

    Please provide a copy to Pawlooza and receipt prior to the event.

  • RENTALS

    Each Young EntrePAWneur will be reserved half of an 8’ table (4’ of space). Two chairs and a black linen will also be provided.
  • DONATION ITEMS

    Would you like to gain additional exposure by donating a silent auction or prize item at our Festival?

    Pawlooza is a 100% volunteer-driven festival - with all of the time put into the festival donated and all of the proceeds going to local non-profits. Thousands of hours are put into the festival by the Organizing Committee and 300 volunteers. All are working on behalf of two local non-profits - [ARF Ontario – working with First Nations and rural communities throughout Ontario to rescue, rehab and re-home stray dogs and cats, and LEADS Employment Services – helping people with disabilities throughout SW Ontario find employment and receive skills training].

    Contributors will get additional exposure by having their organization/products seen at our busy silent auction table or at one of our popular events. As well, contributors will get their logo, link and company description posted on our website’s ‘sponsor’ section. In 2024, this page was viewed by 15,000+ unique visitors.
  • Please note that a volunteer will reach out to you shortly in order to organize the retrieval of your donation.
  • Please submit logo(s) on a white or transparent background, if possible. Hi resolution logo is preferred (.eps, .PDF, .ai).

    You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the email from vendors@pawlooza.com in your Inbox please check your spam folder. If you do not receive an email at all, please email Heather at vendors@pawlooza.com or call 519-439-0352 ext.278.

    Once your application has been received and approved, you will be contacted for payment. Booth space is not confirmed until payment has been received.
