WPF Global Missions Requisition Form
PLEASE NOTE: If you are based in North America (example: Global Evangelists and Teachers), you may requisition funds to assist with food, travel, and lodging for national ministers attending special events on the field, but you may not requisition for your personal travel, food, and lodging expenses. All requisitions are subject to approval at the discretion of and per the policies of the Global Missions Council of the Worldwide Pentecostal Fellowship.

Resident Missionary Vehicle Purchase

Resident Missionary Housing
If you are a WPF resident missionary and your requisition includes rental or purchase of a house for your personal use on the field, enter the anticipated amount needed here.
Resident Missionary Medical Expense
If you are a WPF resident missionary and your requisition includes medical expenses for you and/or your dependents, enter the anticipated amount needed here.
Resident Missionary Relocation Expense
If you are a WPF resident missionary and your requisition includes funds for relocating your family to or from the field, enter the anticipated amount needed here.

National Minister Travel Expense
