Signing up to use our service is quick, easy, and free. Simply fill out the form below and click submit. You will receive an e-mail which contains a confirmation code. Follow the instructions in the e-mail and that’s it!

Your Email	We recommend that you use your website email ( Ex: yourname@yoursite.com ), instead of free emails like yourname@yahoo.com ( for faster delivery ). Please make sure you enter your address correctly, and add @emailmeform.com on your white list if possible.

Short Privacy Policy:
1. We keep all your personal information secret. We absolutely hate spam, so we don't spam you.
2. We do not save user submissions and emails in our database unless you choose to. We do not sell, rent nor spam any email addresses processed by our service.
