The hire agreement and conditions are for four days from delivery. Any excess of this period will be charged for at the rate of £5 per timepiece per day.

The timepieces are to be covered under the event insurance and a claim for loss or theft of any item(s) should be made as soon as possible after discovery of the loss. The value of a Wasco or Wharton electronic digital timer is £200, a Tag Heur printing timer £500, a set of traffic lights £600, an ECM Timer £350 and the display and marathon clocks £800 each.

DELIVERY and RETURN must be made by one of two methods, by 24 hour courier or person to person by prior arrangement. It must be understood that the arrangements for the return of the timepieces by the courier is the sole responsibility of the hiring club.

Carriage to be paid both ways by the hiring club.

The above conditions are to be agreed by a Club Committee Member as a contract between the Club and J.W. Turner Timing. *
