If a site visit is conducted by the Pennyware Distributors Technical team and the product is found to be from another supplier I agree to Pennyware Distributors charging me a call out fee of R350 (incl) which shall be payable on presentation of invoice.

I also understand that if the product is not a product distributed by Pennyware Distributors, the Technical Team will NOT be able to assist me or my client with any repair or rectification work. *
