I understand that farm work is inherently dangerous, and I could be injured or killed. A few of the MANY potential hazards on a farm include tripping over a chicken or baby goat or other small animal, slipping on ice or mud, or pulling a muscle.

I understand and accept these risks, and I agree that my heirs and I will hold harmless Antiquity Oaks LLC and the Boehle family in the event of injury or death.

I further understand that because Antiquity Oaks LLC is a VERY small farm, they are not required to participate and do not participate in Workman's Compensation.
