  • This Agreement is between, THC-TheHumboldtConnection.org, (hereby knows as "Club") and the Care Giver identified below, (hereby knows as "Grower"). This is a Mutual Voluntary Agreement, between both parties.

    1. "Club", hereby agrees to assist, "Grower", concerning the production of quality medicinal cannabis and cannabis products. *
    This includes:
    a) The supply of feminized seeds from pre-approved quality strains of cannabis.
    b) Advise, counsel and instructional material.
    c) Free product testing and evaluation.
    d) Free listing on our website.
    e) Locating and connecting local patients.
    f) Couriers provided free.
    g) Membership and Members Order Form authorization.

    * Starter pack includes 174 seeds, two from each of our 58 strains.

    Also includes, a vast library of instructional videos and literature, provided at no cost.

    We will only consider medicine that is completely organic, free of mold, pests, pesticides and any foreign matter. MUST BE CLEAN !!
    We perform 2 tests on product. Impurities & THC level.

  • 2. "Grower", hereby agrees to assist, "Club", concerning the production of quality medicinal cannabis and cannabis products.

    This includes:
    a) "Grower" agrees to donate two (12) ounces per year, to our COMP medicine program for qualified registered COMP patients.
    b) "Grower" agrees to abide by and to follow "Policies & Protocol", as stated below.
  • First COMP medicine donation, (6 ounce minimum) due 100 days after first delivery of seeds. Must be honored, prior to second allocation of seeds.

  • Cancellation of this, Mutual Agreement.

    "Grower" may cancel this agreement at any time.
    "Club" may cancel this agreement only in the verified occurrence, of violation of Policies & Protocol".

  • Medical Marijuana Collective Agreement


    I hereby certify, that I am a medicinal cannabis patient and have a valid recommendation, from licensed physician, to use cannabis.
    I choose to associate collectively or cooperatively to cultivate marijuana for medical purposes.
    All members of our medical marijuana collective will contribute labor, funds, or materials, and all will receive medicine.

    Patients with valid identification cards, and the designated primary caregivers, of qualified patients and persons with identification card, in order collectively, or cooperatively, to cultivate marijuana for medical purposes, shall not solely on the basis of that fact, be subject to state criminal sanctions.

  • Enrollment Fee and reimbursement guarantee.

    Upon a successful and fulfilled ONE YEAR contract:
    "Grower", having honored all agreed terms,
    will be reimbursed 100% FULL ENROLLMENT FEES, paid for the entire year,
    within 30 days of contract termination date.
    or
    "Grower" may extend agreement for another year, with no additional fees.
  • You will receive an invoice, after your application has been reviewed and approved.

  • NOTICE TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT:

    Pursuant to the Constitution of the United States of America, enforcement officials do not have the authority to refuse to enforce a statute on the basis that federal law or federal regulations prohibit the enforcement of such statute. Furthermore, in Garden Grove v, Superior Court, the Court of Appeal for the Fourth Appellate District has observed that, “it is not the job of the local police to enforce the federal drug laws.” Thank you for your understanding and compliance.
