This online worksheet is how you design & pick out the pictures of your wedding album so it can be created exactly how you want. Please use the "tab" button on your keyboard to jump to each section for the most easy use.

    Clients have a full year from the date they received their final wedding media to submit their wedding book or album.
  • Clients can pick up the book by meeting us in Broadview Hts for free or we can ship it to our clients with or without a required signature at delivery. Clients who pick shipping without signature assume all risks including the order being damaged by weather, stolen or lost. Digital Photography Services is not responsible for orders left without a signature at the delivery location of choice and they will not be replaced in the event of damage or getting lost after delivery.
  • We give all clients 6 months after they receive their final USB wedding media to submit their wedding album. 6 to 12 months after receiving the USB flash media we will only cover 50% of the album cost. After 12 months has past all albums expire and clients will responsible for 100% of the cost. This is due to price changes on album materials that is outside of our control. These terms are outlined in section 15 of the wedding contract.
  • All books once shipped will require a signature at delivery. Work address, or parents address is fine as well. Book & Albums will not be left when delivered with out a signature

  • If you're not sure what type of album comes with your wedding collection please check your wedding contract. This form can only be used to submit one book or album at a time. If you are ordering more than one book please fill out this worksheet for each one.
  • The design of the wedding album has two main options. The first more common choice is full page collage choice which all photos fill each page and there is no blank space. This design choice allows for more photos to be used in the album.

    The Spaced custom layout couples get a choice of custom made templates that you can view a link below to see them. This option uses less photos per book but its a more modern layout and uses more text and custom colors.
  • Most wedding collections include one album only depending on your collection and add-ons. Extra albums will have extra costs and are not included free. If upgrading to a flush mount album couples will be required to cover the price difference.

  • If you are buying extra pages (sides) for your book the payment is due before the book order is submitted. The amount of extra sides may change based on your book design as well. We will give you a final amount due once the book design is approved.

  • Flush mount albums must be made to the exact sides & spreads listed. You cannot submit an album that has an odd amount of sides or spreads. Spreads can only be added in sets of 5 at $70 per set.

  • This questions is only for flush mount books that are not the default image wrap style. Only for a custom material cover like leather, metal, luster ect. We have samples of all the cover options at our studio for review and picking out the style you want.
  • Some non image wrap flush mount albums have the option to emboss text on the front of the album. For example names of the couple, wedding date, special message. Mark down what text you would want if that option is available for your album choice.

  • Wedding Album / Book Layout:

    In this section you will mark down the file numbers of the pictures you want to use in each section listed. Any questions about this please contact us via email before moving forward.

    By default all image file numbers are assumed to be from the master edited pictures from your USB flashdrive. If you want to use raw unedited images please include "UE" before the file number

    If you want to use bonus or second shooter images please include "B" before the file number.

    If you are using more than one picture for a page please add a comma after each image file name.

    For Flush Mount books:
    Side/Page 1 and Side/Page 2 = Spread 1
    Side/Page 3 and Side/Page 4 = Spread 2 and so on.
    If you want one picture to cover an entire spread, mark down that file number for both sides.

    Please double check all the information & file names and numbers that you have submitted that are correct and exactly what you want. We only allow for minor changes and tweaks once the book examples have been made and uploaded online.

    Flush Mount Albums of all sizes have a 60 business day turnaround time for design & production once submitted before example pages will be placed online for review.

    Digital Albums of all sizes have a 30 business day turnaround time for design & production once submitted before example pages will be placed online for review.
