After you submit this form, it will be reviewed within 48 hours.

If accepted, you will receive email invoice for payment.
Then instructions to arrange obtaining a sample of your product for testing.
If testing proves adequate, your product will be listed on our website menu and you will receive an email notification.
The entire process from submission to listing, may take from 7 to 10 days average.

When payments for your product are received:

1. A notification is sent to your email with all information and address.
2. Once we receive a tracking number, we issue a check to you.
3. WE DO follow up to check on quality and satisfaction.
