I acknowledge that all goods being returned are subject to a 10% restock fee and subject to approval by the product manager. The rep will advocate and pass on relevant details however, credit or return is not guaranteed or granted by them.
GPI Apollo has the right to reject any and all credit/return applications if goods are being returned in poor condition and/or due to age.
Any faults are subject to warranty application and process.
I (the shop) will not send the items back to GPI Apollo until approval is given - Processing fees will apply for any orders sent back without permission and freight at shops expense.
