CJ Auctions Buyer/Broker Referral Form
NOTE: Individuals bidders register on-site, day of auction. Pre-auction registration only required for participating Brokers.
TERMS: Buyer/Broker form must be completed and returned to CJ Auctions 48 hours prior to auction and participating broker must be present at auction with client. Broker may not represent themselves as a buyer and receive commission.

TO CJ AUCTIONS., LLC
In consideration of the referral of client, CJ Auctions LLC shall compensate the
Referring Broker, in the amount of 3% of the represented buyer’s purchase price received by CJ Auctions LLC upon the closing of the above described property. CJ Auctions LLC shall pay the referral fee to the Referring Broker within 30 days of CJ Auctions LLC receipt of commission on the transaction involving the Client and clearance of funds.
The relationship between the parties shall at all times be that of independent contractors. No employment, partnership or joint venture relationship is formed by this referral agreement and at no time may the Referring Broker position itself as affiliated to CJ Auctions LLC, except as an independent referrer.
In view of this independent relationship the Referring Broker shall not enter into any agreements, make no warranties expressed or implied or incur any expenses on behalf of CJ Auctions LLC unless otherwise agreed to.
