If you paid for a certification, you may request a free update within 30 days by submitting a request by email. If it is after 30 days, you will need to order another certification.

As soon as your check is received, I will email you the information. No information will be given over the phone.
If you request a cert for a parcel that is an included parcel, I will send you the Board of Assessment summary showing that the parcel is included. You may also do this yourself and save the $45.00 fee. (buckcountyboa.org)
