Here is the application for securing a slot at the UMTG Coffeehouse! Please fill out as much information as possible.

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 27TH AT 4PM

When you are finished, simply click the "Submit" button, and the application will be emailed directly to the E-Board email!

THERE IS A 5 MINUTE TIME LIMIT TO EACH ACT. We ask that each applicant please only perform in one act each, for the purposes of time constraints. The Executive Board reserves the right to reject any act that we deem inappropriate.
