All information submitted is held in strictest confidence, solely for us to qualify applicant and determine line of credit. For your protection, as well as for ours, your
signature as applicant is required. Corporation officers, partners, or proprietors herewith acknowledge and assume personal responsibility for debts incurred in the
name of the firm. The consideration for this guarantee is the continued extension of credit to the firm by the creditor. Applicant hereby agrees to pay service charges of
1 ½% per month on all accounts outstanding for more than thirty days. In the event that it becomes necessary to enforce payment, applicant agrees to pay all collection,
attorney, and/or costs incurred in such action, and service charges at the rate of 1 ½% per month on all amounts found due and payable. Payment terms are Net 30
unless otherwise negotiated.

1. Daddy Pete products are subject to availability, and additional restrictions, and prices may change without notice. Pricing standards are subject to change at
any time. Certain restrictions, limitations, and exclusions may apply.
2. Payment Terms: Daddy Pete’s standard payment terms include the following: cash, check, cashiers check, money order, or credit cards.
3. Delinquent Accounts: Return checks will result in a $25 return check charge. All collection costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs, will be charged
to the Purchaser in the event that it is necessary to take legal action to collect. No further orders will be shipped until restitution has been made.
4. Delivery: All full truckload, short truckload, and route truckloads will be charged based on the correct zone pricing. All bulk freight shipments delivered by
Daddy Pete’s Transport will be charged per loaded mile from the Daddy Pete facility. A fuel surcharge will be applied to all shipments when applicable.
Daddy Pete’s products are delivered via Daddy Pete’s Transport unless Purchaser makes other shipping arrangements; or unless Daddy Pete’s Plant Pleaser
determines that LTL freight is more economical. Purchaser may also pick up orders from the Daddy Pete facility. Delivery dates are approximate and
subject to delay due to events beyond the reasonable control of Daddy Pete’s Plant Pleaser or Daddy Pete’s Transport.
5. Taxes: A copy of valid reseller certificate that provides wholesale tax number (resale number) must be submitted prior to shipment.
6. Confidentiality: Wholesale prices and price lists of the Company’s products are confidential and for the use of the Purchaser only. Publishing or revealing
the wholesale pricing of the Company’s product line outside of the business of the Purchaser is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from the
Company.
7. Modification: Daddy Pete’s Plant Pleaser reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
