Cancellation Guidelines
1. Automatic cancellation is granted ONLY for withdrawal or graduation from San Diego State University.

2. If you are not graduating or withdrawing from SDSU, a Manager will contact you about the "re-let" option. This does not mean your lease will be cancelled, but is an option you can explore.

3. If you choose to re-let, you will be charged up until the day before the new person moves in, to include the days that the bedroom is vacant so we can prepare it for your replacement.

Cancellation Fee
There is a cancellation fee of up to $600 IF your cancellation is granted.
If my cancellation is accepted, I authorize Fraternity Row to apply my deposit towards my cancellation fee. *
