I agree to providing Operation Relax a research fee of $15, which will be refunded to me in the form in which I paid upon completing the payment(s) in full for my vacation. I will submit my $15 Plan to Go fee via PayPal to sales@operationrelax.com before expecting Operation Relax to provide me with the quote/booking that I desire. I understand that should I not choose to book with Operation Relax, this fee will be nonrefundable to me and will instead become the property of Operation Relax as payment for services rendered.
