Please keep in mind that all cakes are custom and just like other custom made items they aren't cheap. By giving us your budget we can determine if the cake you want is going to be achievable in that price range and if not... we can offer you similar styles in the price range you'd like to stay within.

For Delivery: location must be within 30miles of Richmond and order total must be over 300$

For Delivery with Dessert Table Setup: please be mindful that this service is typically an extra 100$ to 200$ depending on delivery location, rental equipment usage, rental equipment return, candy choices, table clothes, table decor, and more

For Shipping: address must be 30miles outside of Richmond and please note shipping cost is an additional fee. We also can not be responsible for damages occurred during shipping.

Thank you for your cake inquiry! Inquiries submitted after 3pm on Wednesday through Sunday will most likely not be answered until the following Monday due to high volume of cake orders on the weekends.(please note it can take up to a week for some responses... please be patient with me)

Submitting this form does not mean your order has been booked. To book a nonrefundable/ nontransferable deposit of 50% of order total must be made; other wise date will not be reserved. Final payment is due the Friday 1 week prior to cake pick up; if payment is not made order will be canceled.

When picking up your cake, please do not arrive any earlier then 10mins prior to requested pick up time and please note if you are 30minutes or later for requested pick up time an inconvenience fee of 10$ will be charged.

When traveling with order please ensure that the vehicle is cool and order is placed flat on floorboard (we don't recommend putting cakes or other items in seat). Most vehicle seats are not flat and the cake needs to remain perfectly flat; there's also a chance that cake can fall into floor if breaks are applied to hard. Please go directly home or to your event with the air conditioning on driving carefully.
TaylorMade Sweetz LLC will not be held responsible for acts that may occur once your cake has been picked up or has been delivered.
